The console reads every client's message history, so there is no view of it without a firm account.
This takes you to your firm’s sign-in page to enter your email and password. The console never sees them — it is handed back a token (Amazon Cognito).
Signing in for the first time creates your seat. If the console does not know you yet, an admin can invite you from Settings before you try — either order works.
